Legacy Post Acute Care is more than a facility — it’s a living story. A community built on compassion, guided by excellence, and united by a simple yet powerful belief: that healing is most meaningful when it’s driven by purpose and defined by care.
In 2007, when I assumed leadership, I renamed the facility Legacy to honor my parent’s journey — two immigrants who pursued the American Dream with courage and conviction. Their resilience became the foundation for something enduring. What began as their legacy has now become ours.
Every day, in every hallway, the story continues. Whether answering a call light, hanging IVs, assisting on the parallel bars, or delivering a warm meal, our staff brings heart to every task. Each moment of care adds to the legacy we collectively uphold.
Today, Legacy stands as a beacon of healing. We are proud to be a perennial CMS 5-Star Rated Facility, offering specialized programs in cardiac rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological recovery, and complex medical care.
What began as one family’s vision has become a shared mission—one that touches patients, families, and staff alike. A mission that supports every stage of the healing journey with compassion and strength.
